This project was worked on at Apt for a commercial client who had purchased the property near Euston Station in London with a view to refurbishing and enhancing the existing building.

Working closely with structural and MEP engineers, our team developed designs for a new lobby space and seating area on the ground floor, flanked by retail units either side; new cyclist facilities in the basement; reworked floor plates to incorporate balconies on each floor and upgraded WCs and finally an amenity space for office users with a large roof terrace on the top floor.
