The project was taken over from BetterPAD and involves the refurbishment and extension of a semi-detached London home. The existing single skin garage is to be demolished and replaced with an extension to include a new utility and shower room, and office space.

The kitchen is to be enhanced with a new roof to provide greater head height, as well as larger windows and a new set of French doors out onto the patio and looking towards the extensive rear garden.

The internal finishes of the whole house are to be upgraded to create an elegant and clean look, finished with sisal carpets and statement objects. Solar panels will be located on the rear side of the existing pitched roof.

Externally, the patio will be expanded to provide seating space for summer dining, a secluded spot for an outdoor shower and a sunny spot for a small outdoor tub.
